Some Chadians Dismayed by Makeup of New Government

Chad’s transitional military council appointed a new government that includes some members of the opposition. For Daybreak Africa, VOA's James Butty spoke to Chad resident Inoggalta Arnaud who echoed sentiments of popular displeasure that most of the appointees served in the late President Idriss Deby’s government.
