UN Condemns Attacks in Northern Nigerian State

The United Nations condemned the weekend terrorist attacks against humanitarian aid facilities in the the northern Nigerian state of Borno. For Daybreak Africa, VOA's James Butty spoke to Tom Peyre-Costa, spokesman for the Norwegian Refugee Council, whose facilities were one of three attacked.
