Report: Security Officers Use Violence Against Journalists in Uganda

A report by a media group says police are the main perpetrators of violence against journalists in Uganda. For Africa News Tonight, Mugume Davis Rwakaringi reports that the Human Rights Network for Journalists Uganda says police are responsible for at least 100 of the 174 violations reported.
