The IGAD special envoy for South Sudan has set February 5th as the date for the resumption of the second phase of the high level revitalization forum aimed at addressing issues in the collapsed 2015 peace deal; and also, more than two thousand former fighters with the South Sudan National Liberation Movement Army have been integrated into government forces.
