The 14th World Forestry Congress is being held in Durban, South Africa this week (9/7-11). The conference is held every six years. The theme is Forests and People: Investing in a Sustainable Future. The U.N. Food and Agriculture Organization says over the past 25 years the world’s forests have changed in dynamic and diverse ways.
