Africa 54: Guterres On Climate Crisis Responsibility, Regional Bloc’s Regional Response to Coups
UN Secretary General, António Guterres on Tuesday told delegates attending the inaugural Africa Climate Summit in Nairobi that developed nations have to take responsibility for their role in rising global temperatures that have caused the climate crisis. African regional blocs faces significant challenges dealing with coups that are on the rise on the continent. This include lack of resources and capacity, limited political will, and involvement of external actors. We have analysis.
