Ivorian musician Richard Abady, better known as Ricardo, and founding member of the Orchestre de la RDI (Radiodiffusion et Television Ivorienne), passed away on October 8th. Heather speaks to the Ivorian musician star Azouhouni Adou, who remembers his mentor, the late Richard Abady. Adouabout shares with us insights about his life and legacy that helped shape Subsaharan francophone musicians to global success for over six decades.
