The winners of the 2021 All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMAs) were announced in Lagos, Nigeria, November 19th through 21st. Heather Maxwell invites VOA producer Kwame Ofori to join her in featuring some of the top winners such as Iba One (Mali), Wizkid (Nigeria) and several others. Maxwell also speaks with two artists who are making big news: Fancy Gadam (Ghana) with his new EP One Don, and Naomi Achu (Cameroon/US) who was an AFRIMA winner this year.
