Somaliland a regional exception

In Somaliland, the leader of the opposition Waddani party Abdirahman Mohamed Abdullahi recently was elected president of the self-declared republic. Africa News Tonight host Yeheyes Wuhib talked with Michael Woldemariam a regional security expert and a senior fellow at the Center for International and Security Studies at the University of Maryland, about Somaliland and its position in the Horn of Africa.
