Tunisia is facing challenges in Sunday’s Elections

Tunisian politician Ayachi Zammel, a former lawmaker and a candidate in Sunday’s presidential election, has been sentenced to 12 years in jail. Sarah Yerkes, a senior fellow at the Middle East Program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, discussed the challenges for fair elections in Tunisia with VOA senior analyst Mohamed Elshinnawi.
