Namibia Electoral Commission invites poll observers to monitor upcoming elections

De Wet Mulauli, the spokesperson for the Electoral Commission of Namibia, is inviting local and international poll observers to apply for accreditation to monitor the upcoming vote. Namibians go to the polls on November 27. Mulauli tells VOA's Peter Clottey that his organization is on course with preparations to administer this year's polls.
