France Arrests Former DRC Rebel Leader

French authorities Monday arrested former Democratic Republic of Congo rebel leader Roger Lumbala for alleged complicity in crimes against humanity. For Daybreak Africa, VOA's James Butty spoke to Emery Damien Kalwira, president of the Congolese Coalition for Transition, about the investigation.
