Zimbabwe’s Opposition CCC Recalls Matabeleland MPs

The main opposition party in Zimbabwe, the Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC), has lost 15 members of the National Assembly and Senate and several councilor largely from Matabeleland Province. The action follows recalls by self- proclaimed secretary general Sengezo Tshabangu using section 129 (1) (k) of the constitution that provides the rules for recalls.
