US Marines Get First Black 4-Star General

The U.S. Marine Corps has its first Black four-star general. On Saturday, Lt. Gen. Michael Langley was promoted and will assume leadership of the US Africa Command, which supervises the country's military presence in Africa, at a change of command ceremony on Monday at its headquarters in Germany.
