The U.N. Security Council signaled support on Thursday for the African Union's mediation between Ethiopia, Egypt and Sudan over Ethiopia's massive Nile dam. For Africa News Tonight, VOA's Mohamed Elshinnawi spoke to journalist Ahmed Fathi about efforts to hold productive talks.
