Ugandan legislator says country has made substantial progress in protecting human rights

Felix Adupa Ongwech, a Ugandan parliament member from the governing National Resistance Movement, tells VOA’s Peter Clottey the government has made significant progress in the protection of human rights and freedoms despite criticisms from the opposition.
