Tanzania's President Appoints Female Defense Minister

Tanzania's President Samia Hassan's named Stergomena Lawrence Tax as Defense and National Service Minister. She becomes the first female to hold that position since the country's independence. For Nightline Africa, VOA's Peter Clottey spoke with attorney Fatma Karume about Tax's appointment.
