Street children decry parental neglect

Some children in the Eastern Equatoria state capital Torit said they left their homes due to parental neglect and are living on the streets and in markets. The children said alcohol, parental neglect and domestic violence forced them to the streets. Kaltuma Vanesa has more from Torit.
