Eastern Equatoria State authorities are reporting clashes between the Toposa community of Kapoeta East County and Turkana of neighboring Kenya. They say the clashes stem from a border dispute. A youth leader in Kapoeta East says armed Turkana men attacked Nadapal at the South Sudan-Kenya border on Monday and stole 50 head of cattle.
