A group calling itself the Nilotia Peoples’ Movement says the ongoing South Sudan peace talks in Nairobi, dubbed tumaini initiative is nothing, but a discussion by individual South Sudanese politicians negotiating their way back to president Kiir’s administration. Peter Chuol Gatluak, leader of the Nilotia Peoples’ Movement, tells VOA’s John Tanza, that he pulled out of the talks because he wants to consult his group on the way forward
