South Sudan’s Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) living in UN-protected civilian sites have urged holdout opposition groups at the negotiations called the Tumaini initiative to sign a peace agreement with the government of South Sudan. The IDPs say conditions in the camps are terrible, adding that they need lasting peace so they can go back to their homes. Viola Elias has more from Juba.
