Somali semi-autonomous forces capture territory from Islamic State

Officials from Somalia’s semi-autonomous Puntland region say their forces have used a weeks-long offensive to capture swathes of territory from Islamic State with hopes of drawing increased international support. Reuters reporter Alice Rizzo has more.
