Scientists Propose Building 'Ultimate' Telescope

Astronomers are thinking of building a liquid mirror telescope that would be located on the surface of the moon. For Science in a Minute, VOA's Rick Panteleo reports that it would be immobile and located within a crater on the Moon’s north or south pole.
