NASA’s Spacecraft Spots Salt Deposits on Dwarf Planet

Scientists using data from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s Dawn spacecraft confirmed that bright spots on the planet Ceres are salt deposits. For Science in a Minute, VOA’s Rick Pantaleo reports that some of the deposits are near two million-years-old.
