Rwanda's Vote

Thousands of Rwandans cast votes in South Sudan to elect their president and members of parliament’s lower chamber. Hundreds showed up at Nyakuron Cultural Centre polling station and four stations around South Sudan. Some first-time voters expressed excitement about casting their ballots in a foreign country.
