Ramaphosa Re-Elected as Leader of South Africa's Ruling Party

South African President Cyril Ramaphosa was re-elected as leader of the governing African National Congress (ANC), at a party conference in Johannesburg on Monday. As the vote was announced by former South African President Kgalema Motlanthe, crowds in the room cheered loudly, in celebration.
