On our recent trip to the big apple, we visited Teranga, a restaurant co-founded by world-famous Senegalese chef Pierre Thiam. With two locations in the city, the restaurant has a menu influenced by West African dishes from countries like Senegal, Nigeria, Ghana, and many others.
