Twitter deleted a post by Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari which referenced the country's civil war and stated “a rude shock” awaits those bent on destroying the country today. For Daybreak Africa, VOA's James Butty spoke to Nigeria's information minister Lai Mohammed who defended the tweet.
