Nigeria’s army will begin a two-month nationwide cyber monitoring effort to counter what it calls "negative propaganda" on social media. For Daybreak Africa, VOA’s James Butty spoke with army spokesman Sagir Musa about the monitoring which comes amid weeks of protests against police brutality.
