Former President Laurent Gbagbo is planning to return to Ivory Coast on June 17 after the International Criminal Court acquitted him of crimes against humanity charges. For Daybreak Africa, VOA’s James Butty spoke to journalist Felix Bony who says Gbagbo's supporters are elated.
