Heavy security deployment scares residents

Residents of South Sudan’s capital, Juba, say they are living in a police state following heavy deployment of security forces on the streets of the capital. South Sudan’s deputy police spokesman – Bridger general James Carlos Dak – says there is no reason to fear. He told VOA’s John Tanza it's just a precautionary measure.
