French President Emmanuel Macron arrived in Cameroon late Monday for his tour of African nations amid a tour by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov who is also in Africa with the same mandate of strengthening Africa relations amid the war in Ukraine. Reporter David Doyle has more.
