On this edition of Africa 54: Since last November many health care centers in Ethiopia's war-torn Tigray region have been looted and destroyed; The United States on Monday imposed visa restrictions on individuals believed to be undermining a peaceful resolution to Cameroon's conflict between state forces and English-speaking rebels; And the International Finance Corporation estimates that over the next decade, at least 25 billion dollars in new investment will be needed to meet the demand in Africa regarding healthcare.
