The auxiliary Bishop of the Catholic archdiocese of Juba is urging South Sudan's transitional government of national unity to release Kalisto Ladu, the former mayor of Juba. Ladu was abducted at gunpoint by armed men in Juba on Saturday. Bishop Santo Loku emphasizes the importance of speaking truth to power, particularly as South Sudan prepares for upcoming elections in December. VOA’s John Tanza reports.
