African leaders gather in Ethiopia for 38th AU summit

African leaders have started jetting into Ethiopia’s capital, Addis Ababa, to attend the 38th African Union summit which will be held on February 15 and 16, and will address several issues facing the continent, including the conflict in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, where M23 rebels have gained territory.
