In NBA playoff action Tuesday night, the league's recently crowned MVP, Cameroonian big man Joel Embiid, tallied a team-high 33 points to help lead the Philadelphia 76ers to a 115-103 road victory against the Boston Celtics. Philadelphia now leads the best-of-seven series, 3-2.
And the Denver Nuggets defeated the visiting Phoenix Suns, 118-102, and now lead that series, 3-2. Denver's two-time league MVP, Serbian big man Nikola Jokic, tallied a triple-double: 29 pts., 13 reb. and 12 asst.
