Africa 54 – US' Yellen Set for South Africa Visit & More  

On Africa 54: U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen Tuesday continues her three-nation Africa tour and is scheduled to next visit South Africa. Following talks in Zambia, VOA correspondent Daniel Tonga reports she received a mixed reception. Somalia’s drought and hunger are filling IDP camps to the limit and beyond.  The Rockefeller Foundation is giving $10.7 million to the U.N.
