On Africa News Tonight: South Africa’s ruling African National Congress Friday held an emergency meeting focused on determining the future of President Cyril Ramaphosa, soon after an independent panel reported that the ANC’s leader broke the law and suggested an impeachment inquiry. Kenyan President William Ruto has suspended four election commissioners who refused to endorse the August presidential race that declared him victor over opposition veteran Raila Odinga.
