The Basketball Africa League (BAL) says it will tip off its second season on March 5, 2022, in Dakar, Senegal.
The 38-game BAL season will also include games in Cairo, Egypt, and Kigali, Rwanda.
The Voice of America is a proud radio broadcast partner of the BAL and is looking forward to another season of coverage.
On Friday's show, Sonny will look back on Egypt's Zamalek winning the first BAL trophy, with comments from BAL President Amadou Gallo Fall and first-ever BAL Most Valuable Player Walter Hodge.
