SAfrica to Extradite Mozambique's Ex-Finance Minister

South Africa’s justice department said it will extradite Mozambique's former finance minister, Manuel Chang, to his home country instead of the U.S., where he faces corruption and fraud charges. For Africa News Tonight, VOA's Kate Dawson spoke with reporter Yanick Machel about the case.
