France Pledges $1.5B to Clear Sudan's Debt

An international economic conference in France is addressing Sudan’s nearly $60 billion external debt. For South Sudan in Focus, Nabeel Biajo reports that France has pledged to provide Sudan with a $1.5 billion loan to clear its debt to the International Monetary Fund.
