General Thomas Cirillo Swaka, the leader of the National Salvation Front, says the international community should blame the South Sudan government for the fighting in Yei River State because the army is attacking his forces. Sudan's state of emergency will give President Omar Al Bashir unilateral power but will not tamp down the protests.
