Zambia Catholic Priests Urged to Decline Government 'Empowerment Funds'

Catholic priests in Zambia are being urged to decline offers of "empowerment funds" from the government in the run up to the August 12 general election. For Nightline Africa, VOA's Peter Clottey spoke to Father Cleophas Lungu about how the funds could be used to politically-influence parishioners.
