YALI fellow Sudan intervention

Sudan’s 16-month conflict and its humanitarian crisis are occupying the minds of young Sudanese across the world. Yara Khalid is a fellow with the Washington Mandela Fellowship and says she has been helping Sudanese who are fleeing the conflict. She told VOA’s John Tanza her Washington exposure could connect her to more people who care for her country.
