UN: Sudan's Warring Parties Agree to Talks [4:33]

There are reports of fierce fighting on Monday between Sudan's army and paramilitary RSF despite the extension of a truce. The United Nations says the leaders of the two sides have agreed to talks, and warns the humanitarian situation has reached a breaking point. VOA's Douglas Mpuga compiled the following report
