Ugandan Parliamentarian Reacts to Case Dismissal

A Ugandan court has dismissed incitement to violence charges against parliamentarian Theodore Ssekikubo. For Nightline Africa, VOA's Peter Clottey spoke to Ssekikubo who was accused of organizing cattle traders to attack ​milk traders who were allegedly operating freely in a closed market.
