Sudan Crosses Fingers for Cease-fire
Sudanese have expressed hope that rival military forces, the Sudan Army and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), will respect a cease-fire announcement made on Monday by U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, who said both sides have agreed to put their arms down for 72-hours starting midnight on April 24.
