South Sudan's Peace Partners Miss Constitution Review Deadline [4:17]

Some South Sudanese lawmakers say the mandate in the peace deal to reconstitute the Constitutional Review Commission has not been met. Lawmaker Peter Lomude says the 45 days given by the Constitutional Making Process Act for parties to nominate their candidates and reconstitute the commission expired last month. He says he and other lawmakers worry the delay could affect the transitional period which has already been extended twice. For South Sudan in Focus, Viola Elias reports from Juba.
