South Sudan's Constitution Making Delayed [4:56]

South Sudan’s Minister of Justice, Ruben Madol Arol, says technical consultations have delayed the completion of the country’s permanent constitution. As per the 2018 revitalized peace agreement, the constitution making process was supposed to be completed within 24 months from the signing of the agreement.
