Twenty people were killed in South Sudan's Unity State Wednesday after a plane heading to the capital Juba crashed at an oilfield airstrip. Unity State information minister, Gatwech Bipal, told VOA’s John Tanza the passengers were oil workers for the Greater Pioneer Operating Company, a consortium that includes China National Petroleum Corporation and the state-owned Nile Petroleum Corporation.
